Niah is a master’s level clinician with 10 years of experience in the mental health field as an outpatient therapist, residential counselor, ABA therapist, case manager, and care coordinator. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Master’s in Social Work. She has worked with all ages but particularly enjoys helping emerging adults manage anxiety, depression, issues in their relationships, and life transitions. The majority of her work has been with underserved and diverse populations. Niah is passionate about providing a safe space for individuals to identify goals and improve their quality of life, while building on their strengths, and reframing challenging thoughts, exploring and processing feelings, and gaining a better understanding of their symptoms, thoughts, and behaviors. Some of the modalities she integrates into treatment include CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy.
