Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island who graduated from Fordham University with her Masters in Social Work. Jessica enjoys working collaboratively with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She has experience working as an In-Home Therapist, where she worked with adolescents and families to improve relationships and communication and challenge unhelpful behaviors and thought patterns. Jessica integrates various modalities into treatment based on client/family goals, such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness and grounding techniques. She aims to create a safe and empowering environment to support you in achieving your goals, all while building upon your existing strengths and skill set.
