By opting in to receive SMS messages from Compassionate Counseling Company (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms). SMS Messaging Service By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Compassionate Counseling Company for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about your relationship with Compassionate Counseling Company. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive messages pertaining to your account with us as you request, or up to 4 messages per month. Compassionate Counseling Company reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Compassionate Counseling Company and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Emergencies
We will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays. In the event that you experience a psychiatric emergency, in which you need immediate professional consultation, you may call 911 or report to your local hospital emergency room. The closest hospitals are St. Anne’s Hospital 795 Middle Street and Charlton Memorial Hospital 363 Highland Avenue. The closest crisis center is Bay Cove 49 Hillside Street. If I will be unavailable for an extended time, I will provide you with the name of a colleague to contact, if necessary.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
