Andrea is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who graduated from Bridgewater State University with her Masters in Social Work. She has over 15 years of experiencing working with adults on issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, grief/loss, life transitions, and trauma. She strives to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can work together using methods geared towards your individual needs and goals, drawing on your existing strengths. Andrea is passionate about helping individuals increase their self-awareness, self- compassion, and find inner peace. She believes the mind, body, and spirit are connected. She is Reiki Level II certified and enjoys bringing mindfulness and holistic practices into therapy.
