Compassionate Counseling Company is seeking a Clinical Director to work alongside the Practice Owner in managing our growing organization. They will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and supervision to therapists as well as assisting with daily operations and quality improvement for the company. This is a full-time position that includes seeing 20 clients per week and providing 10 hours of supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
Starting salary is $80,000
Responsibilities:
- Upholding the highest standards of ethical integrity, ensuring adherence to policies, and implementing effective therapeutic interventions
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, and procedures that support a safe, positive, and productive work environment and promote growth in close partnership with the practice owner
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members and providing comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff
- Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential to providing exceptional care
- Guide and support the clinical team with authority and compassion and provide adept crisis management support
- Track metrics ensuring meticulous documentation that meets medical necessity and required session numbers
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree and independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Two years of experience as a licensed therapist providing individual and family therapy
- Minimum two years of proven supervisory experience
- Minimum one year experience in management and/or leading a team of therapists
