Alexandra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from William James College in 2016 with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in expressive arts therapy. She has experience as a program director, clinical supervisor, outpatient therapist, and therapeutic mentor. She enjoys working with clients of all ages but especially young adults and the elderly. She incorporates music, poetry, dance/movement, art, and mindfulness in her clinical work and is in the process of obtaining her perinatal mental health certification.
