April is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island who graduated from Boston College with her Masters in Social Work. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and trained in the evidenced-based Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) Framework. Her experience in the mental health field includes; residential treatment, case management, mobile crisis intervention, community crisis stabilization, outpatient therapy, and in home therapy. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her approach is trauma-informed, empathetic, collaborative, and strength based. She uses a variety of treatment models in order to support each person in meeting their individual goals.
